BCHGame Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

By accessing BCHGame's platform — whether via web browser, mobile browser, or any application made available by BCHGame — you are entering into a binding agreement with BCHGame and agreeing to be governed by these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access any part of the BCHGame website or complete the registration process, whichever is earlier.

To open and maintain an account on BCHGame, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BCHGame enforces this requirement strictly and conducts age verification checks at registration and withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another individual, corporation, or entity is not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of BCHGame or its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from BCHGame under any previous account.

BCHGame reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request documentary proof of identity and age. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one BCHGame account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

When registering with BCHGame, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real full name, date of birth, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process or subsequently as part of identity verification. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Use another person's identity or personal details.
• Use a temporary or anonymous email address or phone number.
• Attempt to circumvent BCHGame's verification requirements through any means.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BCHGame account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your BCHGame account, you must notify BCHGame support immediately via email at support@bchgame.bet.

BCHGame reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

BCHGame accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit. Currently supported methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. BCHGame may add or remove payment methods at any time.

Key rules governing deposits on BCHGame:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification level.
• All funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. BCHGame does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your BCHGame wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. BCHGame is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• BCHGame does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may charge their own fees, which are your responsibility.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your BCHGame account must be fully verified, including identity and payment method verification.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must have been completed in full before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name — the same person as the BCHGame account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• BCHGame does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges from your bank or payment provider are outside BCHGame's control.

BCHGame aims to process withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within one to four hours of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your financial institution. BCHGame reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

BCHGame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. BCHGame reserves the right to decline bonus requests where multiple accounts are detected sharing any of these identifiers.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game types toward bonus requirements vary. Slots on BCHGame typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a different percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• BCHGame reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or terms violation.
• You may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming a new welcome bonus while another is active is not permitted.
• BCHGame does not permit the use of bonus funds for the purpose of qualifying for other promotions unless specifically stated.

• Bet Acceptance: BCHGame reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected match-fixing, pricing errors, or technical errors.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum bet on BCHGame's sportsbook is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing your bet.
• Voided Bets: A bet may be voided in situations including but not limited to: event cancellation, event postponement beyond the applicable rules period, manifest pricing error, or evidence of result manipulation.
• Abandoned Matches: For cricket matches abandoned before the minimum number of required overs are bowled, all bets will be voided and stakes returned. If the DLS method is applied to produce an official result, bets will be settled on that result.
• Results: BCHGame settles bets based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. BCHGame is not responsible for errors in live data feeds that may temporarily display incorrect in-play information.
• Cash Out: The cash-out feature is available on selected markets at BCHGame's discretion. Cash-out values are calculated in real time and may be temporarily unavailable during periods of rapid odds movement or system maintenance.
• Accumulator Bets: If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the voided selection(s). The remaining selections are settled as a lower-fold accumulator.

All casino games available on BCHGame — including slots, live casino, crash games, and Ludo — operate according to the rules specified within each individual game. The following general rules apply across all casino-category games on BCHGame:

• All slot games and RNG-based casino games at BCHGame use certified random number generators that have been independently verified by recognised testing agencies. BCHGame does not alter the RTP settings of any certified game below its certified level.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, BCHGame's system will complete the round according to the game's rules. If a round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to your BCHGame wallet.
• A game result that has been confirmed and settled in your BCHGame account cannot be reversed except in cases of a demonstrable technical malfunction affecting the integrity of the round.
• The demo or free-play versions of games available on BCHGame are provided for entertainment and practice purposes only. Outcomes in demo mode have no bearing on real-money outcomes.
• BCHGame crash game results are determined by a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier sequence for each round is publicly verifiable using the seed information provided in the game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BCHGame and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any balance in the account:

• Opening more than one BCHGame account for any reason.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point, including during registration, identity verification, or payment verification.
• Using the BCHGame platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities on BCHGame for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino or poker-format games.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets on BCHGame without prior written authorisation.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on any event where you have insider knowledge of the outcome or have directly or indirectly influenced the outcome.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing BCHGame staff or other players in any communication channel.

BCHGame reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law or regulation.

You may close your BCHGame account at any time by contacting BCHGame support at support@bchgame.bet. Before your account is closed, any outstanding valid balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

BCHGame may close or suspend your account in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Suspicion of match fixing or sports integrity violations.
• Detection of a duplicate account.
• Detection of underage gambling.
• At BCHGame's discretion for any reason, with any unencumbered real-money balance returned.

Where BCHGame closes an account due to Terms violation, any balance held in that account may be forfeited in full depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

BCHGame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes this commitment seriously. The following tools are available to all BCHGame account holders at no cost and can be activated through account settings or by contacting BCHGame support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your BCHGame account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately — increases require a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period on BCHGame. Useful for players who want a hard financial boundary on their gaming activity.
• Session Time Reminders: Set time-based reminders that alert you when you have been actively playing on BCHGame for a set duration.

BCHGame will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. • Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your BCHGame account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits BCHGame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

BCHGame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BCHGame will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the BCHGame platform before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of BCHGame following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using BCHGame and may close your account as described in Section 10.
